A Complete Record of Legislative Service
This archive documents the full scope of legislative work undertaken during my tenure as Student Senate Chairman and Student Government President at Tarrant County College. Each entry represents a real policy effort — researched, drafted, debated, and passed through the democratic process of student government.
Student government legislation is often dismissed as symbolic. I reject that framing. These bills created tangible resources for students, reformed institutional processes, protected democratic rights, and established precedents that will outlast any single administration. The record speaks for itself.
