Free Menstrual Products Act
Students who cannot afford or access menstrual hygiene products face a documented barrier to educational participation — missing class, falling behind academically, and disengaging from campus life.
Community college students face disproportionate mental health stressors — financial pressure, work obligations, family responsibilities — yet have less access to mental health infrastructure than four-year university students.
A generation of students is entering public life without a working knowledge of how government functions — a structural vulnerability for democratic self-governance.
Articles, research, and analysis focused on Government & Institutional Reform will appear here as they are published. The structure is ready to receive them.
